Shipping policy

To ensure smooth delivery of your order, it is essential to provide a complete and accurate postal address, including PIN code, email ID, and active contact number. Please double‑check your details before completing your purchase.  

Order Processing (Handling Time)

- If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 working days (Monday to Saturday).  
- If any of the ordered items are not in stock, we will arrange production and dispatch the complete order within 7–10 working days from the date of order placement. In such cases, you will be informed via email or phone.  

Delivery Timelines (Transit Time)

- After dispatch, the standard delivery time is usually 3–7 working days, depending on your location.  
- Our courier partners deliver orders from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Sundays and public holidays are non‑working days, so deliveries are not made on these days.  

Shipping Charges

• For orders of ₹1,399 and above, shipping is free.

• For orders below ₹1,399, a flat shipping charge of ₹149 will be applied at checkout.

Possible Delays

- Delivery timelines may sometimes vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, operational issues, or courier delays.  
- In such situations, we always try our best to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible, but an exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
